On the Lessons page you will find pdf files of many subjects concerning music theory. Funny, it is called "theory" but it is in fact real. It is only a theory until you've learned it. :}
On the Jam Tracks page download different mp3's that will give you opportunities to play some of those ideas over. Let me know if you need charts.
Like a painter without a canvas your imagination will do but it's nice to see (hear) the idea with a backdrop of harmony. Get a looper!
